AT&T announces Project Velocity IP $14B network upgrade plan
AT&T today announced a plan to deploy at least 40,000 small cells to increase the capacity of it’s wireless networks.
US$8 Billion will be spent on adding small cells and distributed antenna systems to its wireless networks and $6B will be spent on its fixed line networks.
